The Goriziano Karst placed along the Isonzo bank opposite the Collio, witnessed many World War 1 battles. Today it retains exemplary memories and memorials, such as the Redipuglia Military Memorial Chapel ,a large monumental cemetery to remember those who died during the Great War. In the zone are scattered trenches and walkways, which may be reached also by bike, forming captivating historical itineraries, featuring beautiful landscapes.
